As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our company's operations by interacting with clients on a daily basis, providing both commercial and technical information.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Giving trainings to hospitals, clinics, organizations or individuals, preparing presentations, answering questions.
  • Offering comprehensive product advice, understanding the customer’s needs, proposing practical solutions, preparing quotations.
  •  Identifying cross-selling opportunities with established customers to develop the business and maintaining good relationships.
  • Processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing shipments to ensure accurate delivery to the end customer and managing information for our website and internal database.
A small part of the role will involve generating leads, planning meetings with potential customers – this makes the role much more interesting than a regular Field Service Engineer (where you only take care of the maintenance of the devices) or a Sales Engineer (where you only speak to new clients).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in IT, Elektromechanica, Computer Science or similar technical background. Relevant experience is also accepted.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

  • Residency in the local area and possession of a driver's license (B category) and ability to travel through Belgium (50% of the role).
