Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Territory Manager to represent our client’s product portfolio in Belgium. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and improving patient outcomes in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Provide product education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to utilize our client’s devices effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify market opportunities, address customer needs, and drive product development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales, with a focus on surgical devices preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Belgium, including key customers, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in Dutch and French
