Our client, a global leader in medical devices specializing in blood management, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team.
Role Overview:
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager France, the Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales in eastern France. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify and qualify sales opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate existing accounts and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, head of apheresis departments, and therapeutic apheresis nurses.
- Deliver product training and procedural assistance to customers to ensure successful implementation and routine use.
- Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers effectively and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing, scientific services & support, and medical affairs teams to support sales initiatives.
- Prioritize accounts, manage resources efficiently, and track sales progress against targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences industry, preferably in medical devices.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience with managing Big Accounts and tenders
Additional Info:
- Based in France
- Reports to Sales Manager France.
- Frequent travel required (up to 70%).
