Demand Planning Manager (pharmaceutical industry) – Paris, France
Responsibilities:

Lead sales forecasting, integrating historical trends and demand drivers.

Collaborate with Commercial for accurate market intelligence.
-
Conduct monthly IBP meetings, updating forecast assumptions.
-
Interface with our client’s global supply hub on sales forecast changes.
-
Support budget/sales forecast processes, highlighting risks.
-
Provide input on inventory strategies and measure KPIs.
-
Strictly adhere to Supply Chain Management steps.
-
Manage supply chain projects/initiatives and communicate re-supply notifications.
-
Participate in monthly inventory management meetings.
-
Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization.
-
Utilize information systems for coordinating order cycles.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
-
5-10 years of Demand Planning experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG.
-
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Sales and Operations Planning.
-
International experience preferred.
-
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, BI reporting, SAP APO or similar forecasting systems.
-
APICS qualification or equivalent preferred.
-
Familiarity with Lean Process development and Six Sigma tools.

Fluency in French and in English.
