Operational Manager – Production

Oversee the current product line, including liaising with manufacturing sites, managing incoming queries and tasks, and ensuring adherence to relevant quality standards in collaboration with the QA team.

Drive implementation of new product development initiatives and product modifications.

Manage day-to-day operations and supply chain activities.

Supervise operations in the QC laboratory.

Maintain, update, and review technical documentation such as labels, IFU, SDS, etc.

Conduct risk assessments of products.

Assist in planning, executing, and reporting verification and validation activities, stability tests, and transportation assessments.

Contribute to production planning and expansion efforts.

Investigate and address customer complaints.

Hold a technical or bachelor’s degree in production, biotechnology, or equivalent field.

Ideally, possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry, particularly in the production of medical devices/consumables.

Basic understanding of medical device product development and design control is advantageous.
