As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you’ll collaborate with Sales Managers in order to organize trainings for customers. You will be seen as an image of the company, the key point of contact for technical and medical expertise.
This company is putting new products on the market every year, dealing with a broad range of therapeutic areas (Cardiovascular, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Emergency care, and more), which means you’ll always be challenged and stimulated. Responsibilities:
Product Installation and Training:
- Install cutting-edge medical imaging products at customer sites – this company puts new products on the market every year, which means you’ll never stop learning.
- Provide comprehensive training to hospital staff (doctors, nurses, clinicians, etc)
Collaboration with Sales:
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to understand clinical needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, support post-sales tasks
Customer Relationship Management:
- Own post-sales, fostering adoption, addressing technical issues
- Manage client relationships through CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a background in Radiology/Medical Imaging/Echography
- Fluent level of Dutch, French and English
