The Role: As a Senior Field Service Engineer with our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of the clients by providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar field service engineering role in the laboratory equipment industry, experience within Pathology/Histology field highly preferred.
  • Experience with IT implementation of laboratory equipment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally internationally.
