Account Manager Oncology – Nordics

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our client’s growing team in the Nordics region. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client’s presence in the market by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in oncology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the Nordics region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with HCPs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Provide technical and scientific expertise to customers, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the life sciences or diagnostics industry.
- Strong understanding of the oncology market in the Nordics region.
- Experience in breast cancer is an advantage
- Fluent Swedish and English is a must, Danish or Norwegian would be an advantage.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
